Oda literally had the man whose wife was killed by Diamante fight in a battle on Dressrosa, and he still didn't have him kill him.

Oda literally has Neptune have the man who killed his wife locked up in a cell on Fishman Island, and still didn't have him kill him.

Arlong killed Nami's adoptive mother. Where is Arlong? Is he dead? Nami and Nojiko could have easily finished him off when Luffy defeated him, but did Oda have them do that?

So many villains have done so many fucked up things in the series, and a few worse than what Kaido has done, and Oda has never killed off a single one of them.

Doffy caused a massacre and blamed it on the old monarchy then he enslaved a group of tontattas, made loved ones completely forget the existence of people they cared for while those forgotten need to just watch while also being enslaved, and when he was failing was going to kill everyone in the entire country.

And it's true. What's a worse punishment for Kaido? Having him to live to suffer over the fact that his ambition and Empire that he has spent over 20+ years building up was ripped out from underneath him over night.... Or kill him, and it won't even matter to his character in the slightest, because he'll be dead. Not even to mention that Kaido wants to die, so it's a win for him if it happens.

My alternate theory: Luffy gonna do what Kaido is trying to do the pirates he defeated...Luffy is gonna break Kaido will...that's how he is going to defeat Kaido...Kaido will lose because his will will be broken in the hands of Luffy not because Luffy punch is strong.....now the main question is how that is going to happen?...that is where Oda and his writng skills come...it can be bad or it can be good.....just my cents....

G2+G3 was together not enough, so Luffy switch to G4 Snakeman for right reason.
Since it his strongest form which he had, he used it as trumpcard, people who think Boundman is his trumpcard are wrong.

Snakeman Attack potency+speed has a better force then G4 Boundman raw attack power.
It make sense why he used it.

Or Oda does the reverse Karp theory where instead of a Karp constantly moving up stream and becoming a dragon, Kaido is going to be thrown to the bottom of the waterfall and fall in and because he’ll be completely submerged will not be able to move (like Jack was) but because he’s a fish fish fruit he’ll live at the bottom of that waterfall
