Yep, Luffy definitely has an unknown G4th form as well, perhaps his strongest G4th form whose timelimit will be significantly shorter than his other G4th forms.

Also, Luffy has to do something against his timelimit. He can't obviously fight a monster like Kaido for 30 mins. That's too short.

That may not be the advanced version......probably similar to hardening...like how Katakuri hardening > Luffy hardening.....

I think the advanced haki training will serve 2purposes:

- Wounding Kaido, bypassing his durability, and ability to defend himself and attack from range
- Regulate his haki control to such an extent it will significantly reduce if not remove the G4 drawbacks

And outside of this, i still believe there is a reason Luffy fought a special paramecia user with similar devil fruit abilities in WCI. This experience will open him the path to awakening

yeah....30 mins ??....it should have increased by now as he went through 3 extreme diff battles....but ultimately depends on Oda....

Gorilla - boundman
Snake - snakeman
Elephant ? - tankman

Either a lion or tiger for his next form imo

Awakening is not gonna happen in this arc......

adv coa would be enough to damage kaido. its stronger than people think
hyo said when he mastered it , he could stop bm in his base.
but luffy doesnt fight in his base.
his g2
g3 and most notable g4 forms would be catastrophic
adv coa logically catapults any reasonable fighter above a high tier imo

It was not about his base I think... at least that time... It just Luffy haki blast was lacking in power since he was barely learned to do it but I think when Luffy mastered the advance CoA fully he will be easily able to stop attacks like that even in his base

wounding kaido is such a huge step at that point he isnt losing .
we are not going to see him lose , go back and train and fight an etreme battle against kaido again.
go back and read all major antagonist of the arc
once luffy does do significant damage,
villain likely goes down that round. its either luffy realizes even adv coa aint enough, or he does wound kaido and proceeds from there with help of others of course.

Yeah....it is been long since he went creative with his devil fruit.....WCI and half of wano is all about mastering the haki...now that he gained the advanced version of CoA and CoC combined with mastery of DF and some physical training will boost him to borderline top tier and going an extreme diff battle with Kaido will make him bottom of the top tier....

Also I think Luffy can hurt Kaido to some extent even in base/g2 if he can use adCoA because adCoA is more about lethality than attack power....

No but hes not found a weakness or had a mindset change.
Why is he suddenly gonna be able to tank divine thunder or what if kaido has a hybrid version of that what then ?

If Luffy tanks the attack then yeah it will be plot biased but what if Luffy tanks attack with his advance CoA? I mean he was trying to do with Big Mom so there is a possibility he's gonna do it with Kaido and with future sight it just makes the timing all too good.
