Does this hint that Zoro was above the Scabbards before gaining Enma?

Yep exactly what ive been saying. To even use enma he needs to be above the scabbards. And close to oden.

Yeah this chapter pretty much confirms that Zoro>scabbards before getting Enma

He's currently below Oden but not that far..once he masters it completely he will be above him no matter what the haters thinks

Well, maybe... Zoro is the Trainee of one of the red scabbards (Denjiro aka. Koushirou) and in that case he is Kind of the next Generation Scabbard in the fight, instead of Denjiro.

Zoro is above Ashura Kawa now with Enma. So he is equal or above awakened Doffy/ClonesCracker/HybridJack/HybridQueen...
Since top 3 retainers are equal to base form of YC2/3s (below hybrid/awakened/high end YC2/3s mode)

I don't see him being YC1 yet

None of them are stronger then Oden even through they have grown. Kapa was in jail for like 13 years.

So yeah, Zoro's a YC1.

I don't think you can scale it like that. For example Zoro was able to tame the Kitetsu back in East Blue, which were swords known for cursing and killing all of its owners. And East Blue Zoro was complete fodder to anyone in the new world yet he still was able to fight with the sword. So unless you believe NOBODY in the history if Kitetsu users even as strong as East Blue Zoro, then obviously 'taming' a sword is more than strength

Kitetsu is a lower rank. If he had the nidai in logue town or the shodai i doubt he could do the same.

I will also add in another possibility in here. Enma thing is mostly connected to Haki, which Zoro got trained by Mihawk itself. While i think Ashura is strong enough, he still seems to be more brute strength guy to me. Like Neko n Inu are n so Jack.

Yeah Zoro is above them. Luffy and Sanji is as well. Luffy can use Enma as a toothpick whilst Sanji can use it to cut the vegetables up.

It was obvious in ph when he was playing with Kinemon.
In Zou he was not afraid of Neko and Inu. Unlike Capone.
In Wano, he blocked Kawamatsu's sword and Kawamatsu said he was an awesome man.

So the signs have always been there that he is above them.
