In my opinion, law simpy cant be the traitor.
The traitor started his work back then when Jack attacked Zuo, because Jack had a Vivre Card (from the Traitor). Thats way before Law was able to build a construct with Orochi or Kaido. Next important fact, Orochi knows about Hiyori, Law doesnt.

Nah, it has to fail!
I mean sure they will go far with the plan, but it will not succeed on their first try! Cause that's usually One Piece formula, it never goes smooth as planned. Obstacles always arises and change of plans always happens.

Besides, considering that one of either act 3 or 4 if I'm not mistaken was said to have a dramatic tragedy, it probably means a death will happen, but who? no one knows, but it certainly means shit are going to fuck up before the climax at act 4 then the end in act 5

But Dressrosa is under the Guardiance of the Strawhats and i am pretty sure Bege will know this or at least hear this when he arrives. Dont think he will go against Luffy after he heard about his win against Katakuri.

About the first part:
But the usual One Piece formula only included the Strawhats, not around 4000 other People with a ton of Destination on board. If they fail, everything what Yasuie did, includig his death, was for nothing.
If they fail, everything Gyukimaru over the years did was for nothing, with all the graverobbery.
If they fail, the whole Udon Plot was for nothing.
And that will continue with many stories inside wano. It all would go straight into the trash, without any meaning or making difference.
Additional, escaping with the own Crew, 10 People + 1/2/3/4 is already difficult, but escaping with 4000 People? Thatwont work and much People would die there, ending with Luffy with his Crew would be alone vs Kaido (and maybe BM).
I cant see that Happening.

About that Acts... I understand that Argument, but in this Kind of structure, we would have mainfights in Act 2 already, which just didnt happen. The System is build on first fighting, followed by act 3 with the great Desaster, coming to act 4 with the heroic Change. But alone with Act 2 we have the big difference already.

It was not for nothing right now, because of 2 Points:

1. Orochi knowing doesnt mean Kaido knows or will know. We still have no idea how strong their bond is or what Kind of relationship they have.

2. The more important part was to mobilize People for the alliance against Orochi and Kaido and thats still going on.

I agree, law would make an awesome antagonist plus he is really smart, but i dont think he is traitor, he might be the one to say to Orochi about straw hat Alliance but at the end its part of his strategy to beat kaido.
