I seem to be the only one who is believing this wont fail. 
In my opinion, law simpy cant be the traitor.
The traitor started his work back then when Jack attacked Zuo, because Jack had a Vivre Card (from the Traitor). Thats way before Law was able to build a construct with Orochi or Kaido. Next important fact, Orochi knows about Hiyori, Law doesnt.

I mean sure they will go far with the plan, but it will not succeed on their first try! Cause that's usually One Piece formula, it never goes smooth as planned. Obstacles always arises and change of plans always happens.
Besides, considering that one of either act 3 or 4 if I'm not mistaken was said to have a dramatic tragedy, it probably means a death will happen, but who? no one knows, but it certainly means shit are going to fuck up before the climax at act 4 then the end in act 5
