Based on Luffy own words and how he view fights, Kaido legit won this one if Luffy not stand up.
Or did Luffy never won against Cracker or Katakuri? Ofc he won, but as Luffy said, pirates not know any fairness...
Cracker fought 2vs1, got his ability nerfed yet no one cry about Luffy victory.
Yes I wish Kaido would got a better win, but it is still a victory as the titel call it out, such as fairness, only Luffy villians like Katakuri or Kaido knowing it, Luffy himself don´t know things like fairness...

dude you cannot see COO like how we see COA. We can only know if oda tell us. You can see queen says he is vanished when sanji is literally near him. Even for future sight only when it's katakuri we can know about that one but we don't how luffy dodging all of kaido's attacks. Is it FS or ellse normal obs haki. I don't know whether it's cannon or not but while rayleigh training luffy for his COO. He said he hided his presence before the attack and asked how did luffy sensed it for which luffy answered that he didn't sense rayleigh presence but he kinda knows that rayleigh laughed
