TAC doesn't appear to have shots, else he would have killed Adam. So if someone desn't deal with him, we need to vote him, otherwise we risk going into N3 with him alive.

So far as I'm aware, juliet has the mantle of leader of the blues, and the immunities that confers. We don't know whether gom is blue (who have no thematic necromancy) or red (who are entirely based on necromancy).
Either way, this triage, we have too many scum to kill and not enough time to do it, so we'll need to rely on outside help, and accept the risks that entails. You can bet neither faction will aim any cross kills at this point.
