It wasn’t just that Sanji hit Queen, Sanjis attacks rely on Sanji hitting specific areas of Queens body. He started with an attack aimed at Queens neck. To do so means he could see Queens neck and body to aim for despite Queens invisibility.

I don't think even if you have higher haki you can't protect yourself from it , only if one knows barrier COA yes.

the temprature is the what decided which fire is stronger then it burns more when it is hotter, no doubt about that hotter fire can always burn any fire that less hot that was argument for Magma > fire, and it applies here as well.
Akainu has barrier haki so even if Ace has a hotter fire or equal fire to Akainu he still would have lost.

if that was the case Oda would have told us about it, to show us that Queen invisibility was a problem for Sanji, but he didn't. more as Queen vanished, Sanji got the sign that he can track him as you see in the following panel, he didn't complain about Queen cannot be sensed, would really miss the opportunity

did he see that magma is hotter than blue fire? he didn't Akainu argumented that Magma is hotter than Ace fire, and Ace didn't have blue fire. that is all to it. and as you admit yourself that blue fire is hotter. so why would Oda change his fire to show the superiority than his normal fire even Sanji said that his fire is now hotter
