Bruh why doubt? It's very obvious that it's plasma. Oda doesn't need to spell it when he's shown it to you.
Coa lightning for sanji was already shown vs king and it was black. Also drawn completely different than this lightning.
Sanji just so happens to say my flames are hotter and then it turns blue and releases plasma(electricity is plasma either way)
Everyone from kidd to luffy got a science based power up besides zoro. Let's not gatekeep sanjis ability just cause it wasn't explicitly stated. Maser cannon vulcanization of red roc bacteria curtain... etc. All examples of science based attacks.

Still want proof that akainus magma is so much hotter than the magma on punk hazard. Seems like headcanon but I'll roll with it.

Doesn’t really effect anything in the manga.
Will be a big improvement in the anime though. IJ will immediately stand out from DJ, which it didn‘t in black and white. Will hopefully mean they avoid what we got when Sanji vs Queen finished in the manga- which was people asking “is that it actually over?“ because of a lack of impact in the final attack (made worse by Oda waiting until the following week to show Queen being sent flying).
Also it should get a full twenty minutes to have actual choreography instead of a rushed 12 pages.
Alas the stupid mouse plot will stay.
