Without King's RHM statements nothing suggested he was above Queen. They were totally equal until King got some hype which puts him above Queen but still not too far from him.
Being RHM Commander doesn't put King more near to Kaido.

I replied with this

Anyone looking outside in knew King was above Queen, it's literallly in the name, by how much is theoretically subjective, objectively everyone knew from their intros King was above Queen

I was talking portray and feats wise.
Of course the name suggested it, but Oda before of RHM stuff was kinda disappointing with King supposed YC1's treatment.
