Round 1 : No devil mode robin but everything else allowed

Round 2 : Devil Mode Robin allowed

Yeah speed wise it can be a problèm

Robin is likely MHS+
Shiggy is hella fast and a top tier in MHA but I think MHA verse cap a little below speed wise. Shiggy is likely high hypersonic or at best MHS

What if speed equal ?

If speed were equal Shiggy would could counter with his limbs and overwhelm Robin just by the massive amounts of hands he produces

he wouldn’t defeat her as easy as she could defeat him, but he will eventually get the win if speeds were equal in the first round. If speeds are equal it also kinda defeats her second form, she kinda beat Black Maria because she was able to quickly grab her and tear her apart. Shiggy also wouldn’t be afraid of her

Shiggy hand growth seem more overwhelming than anything Robin can do.

Though Robin can grown them off Shiggy's body and suffocate him if she really wanted too.

One Piece verse is not some crazy ass place. Only selected people have access to incredible speed feats and Robin is not one of them:milaugh:
