G2 and G4 had huge hype and impact....especially when I started reading manga....but G2 reveal >> G4 reveal...and nothing beats G2 design and closest is G4: Snakeman..
it's hard to choose between gear 2 and 3 but i'll say gear third because of all the battleship busting he did. most of his most epic moments are gear 3rd.
I like Snakeman best in the manga but I don't particularly like the way he moves in the anime or the games, and Boundman I feel the opposite(looks kind of dumb, but the way he bounces in the anime/games is very fun), but Gear 2 is based in all media
The pattern looks so odd I can expect anything, if Joy Boy was cursed and is the DF itself perhaps he is capable to push it to the boundaries and come up with G5 but this plot sounds a bit lame, I hope this is not it and Luffy just awakened by himself and his heart restarted
