This chance is open, he can't lose this war, this is why ukranian side is ready to talk about negotiations, so Putin could say in the end to his zombies that he actually achieved his goal. At the begining of this war he wanted Ukraine surrender, now this could really changed to scenario where he will leave Ukraine alone, but it will became neutral country.

Idk what source was that, but there are other sources that was saying same, PLUS Russian side already changed explanation about bombarding shelter from "we burned Azov" to "Azov burned civils themselves" typical russian propaganda

You don't understand russians logic, case it same that was used in Chechnya. When they saw that people didn't greet them with flowers they decided to spread terror, kill civils, burn cities. They wanted Azov to be just evil terrorist, and God knew I believed that Azov are just criminals, but right now millions of ukraine people sleep at night just because small number of Azov with other ukranian forces(4000 man, russian sources say 20.000) is standing in Mariupol against 50.000 army(russian sources say 100.000) 20 days already.
So basically they was saying that Azov will burn shelter, but instead burn it by themselves. And what is more important hundreds of russian sources said that shelter was Ukranian HQ, including Donetsk sources. So basically firstly russians say that it was them who burned shelter, but then changed explanation with another lie. You know after seening how russian propaganda works I started to doubt in many things that was spreading from russia, even in those that I really believed.

Demoralizing of people ofc, believe me or not but ukranian soldiers who fight in Mariupol are people who borned in Mariupol, also ukranians from Charkiv who kill russian forces borned in Charkiv. That's true that in Mariupol there are also people from Lviv or other cities, but this is duty of man to protect own home from invaders who want to burn you with your city. Now how destroying home could demorilize? Well, woman and old people could start crying that better surrender then let enemy fire missles in to your city. Nope, you are wrong, feeded by russian propaganda. Everyday Russian forces bombard Charkiv and Kiev with all might but they cannot enter the cities, case they always pushed back. Again Mariupol is just small example of what ukranian army is able to do. 20 days russian army who surrounded ukranians cannot conquer the city. Why? Russian sources every day keep saying that today Mariupol will be taken, but ukranians fight back and defend that city. Also speaking about columns...they dissapeared somewhere(burned) by smart tactic. Those clowns believed that ukranians will surrender when will just see russian vehicles. Believe me it's not that hard when war is happening on your own eyes. I mean if Putin is saving people why everyone is running away from cities that russian forces are saving. By oficial sources more then 2 millions of Ukraine run away from country as refugee. I mean imagine do something like that by yourself. I saw on my own eyes how people run not only without ID passport, but in home clothes case their own home was burned. You don't need a lot really to understand what is happening.
Nothing changed after 20 days, russian allmighty army still cannot defeat small army in Mariupol, while that city right now is on 90% destroyed. They still can't do a thing in Charkiv or Nikolaev, not even saying about Kiev.
