Despite Dumbledore besting Grindewald in a duel, those dudes were monsters. Not many people know but Voldemort was a Grindewald fanboy.

No one ever came close to pushing Dumbledore this far as Grindewald did. Tho the scale of Voldemort's actions appeared to be "bigger" Grindewald was feared by the entire magic world.

Geto is recognizable but he ain't nowhere near Gojo's level of hype.

Well I watched the movies so not sure if there is more in the books but so far I'd give the edge to Gojo and Geto, though it looks pretty close ngl.

Well sorta similar imo, but there are differences too.

Same imo. Both want their 'kind', the stronger one to be dominant and not have to hide due to the weaker one.

Grindelwald and Dimbledore were lovers spurned who made a blood pact to not fight each other. Geta and Gojo had a good friendship but they weren’t as close.

How similar their respective relationships are ?

No more similar than any friendship turned enemies. Grindelwald and Dumbledore planned world domination together and were in full cooperation until Ariana died.

Geto and Grindy : same goal ? different ?

Similar but not the same. Geto wanted to kill all non-special people to reduce curse attacks and all.

Grindelwald wanted the Wizarding world to take supremecy of the World because he thought they deserved it and could do good things with it, not because muggles were the source of an external and unending threat. He did have visions of the atom bomb but that isn’t the same IMO. Grindelwald was far more realistic and that’s not a shock for each series.
