Nothing in Flower role says she is convert immune so why you are removing the possibility of her being converted? she is a perfect target because you know her role and know damn well she can't tank a convert. So why remove her from the PoE?

But I sincerely doubt Fuji would allow indies to be convertable.

Can't allow indies to join Mafia. It breaks the balance of the game. Even if it's an harmless indie.
