My top 5 is 1. One Piece, 2. Vagabond, 3. Berserk, 4. Vinland Saga, 5. Dragon Ball. To answer the question I think it's by far the best.

One Piece is kinda like star wars. The first 3 movies were amazing, the next 3 were still good, but not as good as the originals, and the last 3 are complete utter cash grabs.

If you look at pre-skip alone it at least has a shot for all of its worldbuilding and creativity (although you already have to discount storywriting).

If you take post-skip into consideration, too, it is nowhere near top 3 status. Not even close.
