Who cares. We haven't seen Mihawk full power. I hope Luffy has greater feats than a character that showed us bare minimal strength.

Nobody knew Kaido had FS, a nearly invincible body, some of the best healing/recovery in the manga and more until Wano.

Oda repeats itself in One Piece. He has straw hats go adventure, meet strong opponents, and grow stronger to face defeat those opponents. They then go on another adventure, meet stronger opponents and grow stronger to defeat those new opponents.
