I doubt it, outside of Luffy the Straw Hats are still far from a yonko crew. It will take more than the events of WCI arc and the raid at Onigashima for them to catch up.

First of all, like I said, Oda is picking and choosing what to add and what not to add. He's obviously removing the prostitution part for the sake of child friendlines and keeping the entertainer part

Komurasaki did not appear out of nowhere. She rose to the rank of Oiran by climbing said ranks like anyone else. She started as komuro like Toko's position helping hen previous Oiran, then she became a Geisha and then eventually she became Oiran and that's the end if that.

This isn't an accurate representation of real world ancient japan. Oda can add and remove anything he wants and keep the names for the sake. Hiyori for the sakenof plot definitely didn't sleep with anyone because Oda said so. But if any amount of realism is applied to this situation, she would have had to be a prostitute. But she isn't and that's only because plot said so. Therefore this is more of a plot hole than anything else
