Chapter 1044: Warrior Of Liberation

-Luffy awakens to become the Liberation Warrior.

There's one more individual who is reminding us, and his name is zoro.

What kind of warrior is Zoro? When Zoro returns, he will awaken his black blade, and the title of the chapter will be The Warrior of _______ .

-Black Blade

Particularly given the fact that Oda kept zoro hidden from us while other major characters reacted to Luffy. Oda is saving Zoro for something major, and I'm certain it'll be the Black Blade Awakening.

But, unlike the other two, he didn't get a chapter named "King of Hell," and it's supposed to be The Warrior.

Well, there is obviously something being left for Zoro. I think now he’s the only plot point left aside from Luffy vs Kaido? Everything else seems wrapped up (or in Momo/Yamato’s case part would be part of Luffy vs Kaido anyway).

are you blind? why do you think there is no Zoro reaction to Luffy awakening ? the guy died , if he died then he has to come back to life , if he comes back to life he gets a power up , if he gets a power up he's fighting someone strong, who's left to fight in onigashima? only Kaido , it's inevitable

Zoro needs his rest to kill luffy when he wakes up so he can become the pirate king instead you’re tripping

Just checked the TCB site, we have the following named chapters:
1. Strawhat Luffy: 1000
2. Devil Chile (Robin): 1005
3. Tanuki-San (Chopper): 1007
4. Demonio (Robin): 1021
5. Soldier/Warrior of Science (Sanji): 1031
6. Warrior of Liberation (Luffy): 1044

We have no named chapters for majority of the SHPs (Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Franky, Brook & Jinbe), there are no patterns here (there was expected to be following the first three, the reverse order of appearing/disappearing at Sabaody).

Don't know about named chapters for the SHPs pre 1000. We might get one for Zoro since this a samurai centric arc but there are no patterns that make it seem that this will happen.

The black blade will probably be awaken later on depending on how tough it is given even Roger arguably tried and failed but yeah the Grandmaster shall get up soon enough. 🤔
