For the top tiers yes. OPM top 10 can destroy OP verse or most of it. But most high and top tiers in OP would be Dragon monster or S class heroes

I see, since most One piece strong characters are like country/island level, i thought OPM characters are way stronger than that.

Top tiers = Dragon level (though the highest Dragon levels are PK level)

High tiers = Demon level or Low Dragon level for the YC1s.

For me high tiers would be above dragons, and i'm not talking Tatsumaki, but rather the likes of Platinum Sperm and Sage. A top tier would be Tats as well as the likes of Boros with Saitama as the only god tier for now.

Regular dragons i'd say are no more than mid tiers.

Demons are just fodder to any relevant OPM character, they are the equivalent of a gifter at this point.

PS destroys top tiers too. For example, PS is much faster than even Kizaru and hits much harder than him

Any OP character that's at least country level definitely take out the centipede imo.

Fast but lacking in everything else, i'd have a hard time seeing him beat any YC1. But i am not making comparisons between the verses, just my personal tier ranking of OPM.
