Shanks has been shown to love luffy in the minimal time he’s been shown

Shanks is the devil of one piece. He is the most villain character on one piece. He is kidnapping childrens. he kidnapped Luffy from Garp and he give it him the devil fruit that the government was searching for it to kill him. And he is the one who leaked the information to gorosei that Luffy is Nika. Kid is still a good guy but shanks cut his hand. But with Blackbeard he couldn't do that. So Blackbeard is the one who is helping Luffy and shanks is the one who wants him be dead
