Enma gave Zoro the use of Ryou which Luffy trained for and even mastered! Luffy is even said by hyougoro to have a soecial type of Ryou while Zoro has the basic version
Luffy could also casually spam his ACoC while Zoro can’t maintain his for long and has to have Enma force it out of him or else he’d die (Pls oda 🙏)
CoO….do we even need to compare? Zoro has Oven tier CoO while Luffy can dodge Yonko level attacks that’d blitz Zoro in seconds
DFless Luffy would still be on current Zoro’s level but of course slightly stronger as DF Luffy VASTLY outclasses Zoro already
