I said Luffy's fist. Look at the lines there. It's clear as day. Look also at the strugling line marks above his knuckes, it's him stuggling to stretch Kaido's head further but can't. Also look at the next pic where his fist is going through Kaido's face, there are stretch marks there on Kaido's face too. How can it not be any clearer than this? And I'm not talking about him running on hair? When did I ever deny Luffy has some toon force going on here. But phasing is not one of them at the moment.

No I really think he stretched the back of Kaido's head. The stretching line marks on his fist and Kaido's face is a good indication for it. As for this pic, it's not as clear as the latter but it could just be the same with him stretching Kaido's pupils from the inside with his arms looney toons style.

In the picture I posted, I could clearly see Luffy’s nails and it just looks like his regular arms are coming out. It seems like he just phased through rather than stretch Kaido’s pupils.
Again for the hand on the back of Kaido’s head, shouldn’t it be black? If he stretched his head, shouldn’t the hair be stretched as well?

The hair is like when the bump that appeared on Luffy's head this chapter, there is no hair on it there too. It's the same. Everything else points to Luffy's actually streching the back of Kaido's head, not going through it.
