I believe it's a Hint about Info related to Water itself that's gonna be revealed this Chapter

After all, these Past Chapters focused heavily on DFs (Luffy's) & Water is their Counter
Not to mention that Kairoseki is said to emit the Same Energy as The Sea & it originates from Wano
And also Kaidou's DF is of Water-Based Creature

This is why i believe we are finally gonna get some Info about Water, Kairoseki & Devil Fruits

I figured out all the hints:
1st hint (rain): the fandom crying after reading there are no spoilers this week
2nd hint (monkey): @TheAncientCenturion being a monkey again
3rd hint (charging phone): @Bango🍅 charging his phone to shitpost on Worstgen again
