That would be impossible sir, because Luffy spent the whole time pre raid to just master Ryou and in my opinion giving too many powerups doesn’t leave a good taste in my mouth. Mastering his devil fruit to its utmost would be more than necessary mini powerup to augment him learning Ryou and advanced armament haki.
Mastering his devil fruit like being able to use Gear 4th on specific body parts as if it were Gear 3rd or second and being able to fuse all 3 gears with little to no repercussions as well as being able to vulcanise and become malleable like the natural rubber(I mean like what he’s doing against Kaido now) is enough pre awakening power up
But if oda absolutely needed Luffy to get ACoA, ACoC, and awakening in wano(for pacing reasons), then the best way to execute this would be to simply have Rayleigh return to teach Luffy advanced haki.
It would have even made a ton of sense since oden was rayleigh’s nakama
