I remember watching some tv show recently. Seemed fine, something I could just bother to watch if I feel like watching whatever.

Around 10 times during the episode the MC had to mention he is transgender. Like for what fucking reason XD?????

To be fair a lot of these people have felt surpressed for most of their lives so they feel the need to constantly reaffirm themselves via the art they create

it doesn’t make it good tho which is the problem. Writers need to understand that it should be part of the character traits, not their whole persona

They are canon, just not shown. Even Masked Deuce is nowhere to be seen though, not in any Ace flashback
