Ask yourself this, why are you all so obsessed with a title? It literally has not helped Mihawk in any case in this series. He's extremely strong, of course. He's probably the second to last fight in the series (Zoro's last fight), but that's you best believe he needs relevancy, to which his only relevancy to another pirate is fucking Shanks lmao.
