Oda madr sure to state Luffy IS A COC HAKI SPECIALIST.
No, he isn't...He just stated it saying which is their preferred when compared with the top three.. a typical oda answer to not downplay or talk about actual powerlevel...I don't even think much about that statement...as with Sanji's observation expertise I was expecting him to have some Katakuri-level shit..but nothing happened. Zoro's armament is good...but we get to know he was using CoC in a very good way already...and has improved now too......Luffy also is just using/copying others...we don't call that specialist. Someone like katakuri is a specialist as he has honed his skill and incorporates it with his DF/fighting style/sense very well.

I think it was said specialized not prefered.
Luffy put down 50000 fishmen fodder with his coc ,back then we werent even sure if zoro was able to use it.btw zoro took out a few dozen beast pirates only after enma drew his haki out in comparison
Sanji dodged Katakuris Bean ,at the wedding were even Katakuri was shocked about that oda made sure to make that clear. While Luffy wasn't able do dodge any attack of Katakuri at the beginning.

It's not illogical when the author starts to make the reader question how much they know about Shanks.

I'll be honest, I NEVER supported antagonist theories until post TS. When Luffy claimed he wanted to fight Shanks ("as long as he isn't first"), I found it a bit odd. Before this, I always felt he was Luffys mentor. That he simply wanted tk meet him and return the hat when he was a grest priate. Then Rayleigh stepped in and had that role, which I also found interesting. Then Luffy said this, implying a more violent encounter.

It really started to get weird during the 900s, because now Shanks is even getting oddly excited to meet Luffy (like in fight mode, refer to my avatar), then "coincidentally" goes to meet the Gorosei after this, the same men who order genocides at the whim of their hidden leader.

Then you also have the fact that Oden didn't write 2 things in his journal. 1 bring about Laugh Tale, the other being about Shanks and Roger's dialogue after Laugh Tale. Then you have Who's Who and and fact that Shanks stole Luffys fruit from the WG...but then he also talks to the WG? So then the question becomes, what did he even say to them?

Lets not forget Oda's constant teasing the last 2 years about his mysteriousness and him "making his move". Now film Red is even hinting at some weird shit with that last trailer.

Realize that everything I'm saying is simply skepticism implied by the author, not including weird shit like his bounty or his title (hes not called "captain" for example). Not even remotely tied to additional theories like with what im talking about with Mihawk or anything else.

This doesn't come from nowhere though. There is a reason more and more people keep "meming" about "snitch" Shanks lately, joke or not
Well, I've got nothing against you thinking there is something weird going on about Shanks. I don't even disagree with the notion that Shanks might actually be an anti-hero. Shanks being Luffy's opponent has always been a possibility. However, it's a different story when you create a bunch of what-if scenarios with extremely unclear evidence to support a completely different idea. That's all I've been questioning.

Is it possible Shanks has ulterior motives? Sure. Is it possible Shanks will be an antagonist? We don't know. We have to assume whatever ulterior motives Shanks has are actually anti-hero-motives to assume Shanks is going to be an antagonist. So this is a 'what-if' scenario in another "what if" scenario. Now, whether Shanks will be a final villain or not is also a different subject. Then you have the whole Mihawk stuff going on. These are all assumptions on top of assumptions. At this point, you can just "assume" Shanks and Mihwak will kill Zoro and Luffy and we have nothing to question the possibility.

Wonder how Orochi looks like, i guess like a snake without scales ? Denjiro is most likely gonna finish him
Since Kaido is hyping non-fruit users i doubt we'll see an awakening :josad:

Reborn

Throughout Heaven & Earth,I alone am d Honored One
Oda - Mihawk is WSS and lost interest in one armed shanks

Fans - Mihawk is good only in swordsmanship skills. He turns off his haki when he will fight 🤦🤦🤦🤦

Imagine reading 1047 chapters and still thinking that WSS tilte is only about swordsmanship skills despite Oda on screen made Mihawk teach zoro about haki and how to make blades black 🤷

Lol they just coping they know the truth

this chapter is the clearest example of oda stretching wano. Latest chapter luffy grabbed a fucking thunder and i was hyped as fuck just for 1047 to apparently be a filler chapter with luffy creating a giant fist to punch kaido. And the chapter ends exactly as 1046.
I don’t want to talk about the Orochi plotline because it makes me sick
