Oden is low top tier only because of Enma... without that i rate him YC1 due to him having CoC and leading Wano army, possibly having adCoA.

Mihawk only has CoA above katakuri... kata speed and FS will make Mihawk pitiful attack speed look more mediocre.

Anyway, MIHAWK wasnt and will never midd diff Any YC1
As long this statement exist "vista rivals his skills," and "mohawk postponing vs vista"
He high diff Vista and any YC2/3 and beats YC1 extreme diff

If you wanna cry, go talk to Oda why Mihawk is rivaled by Vista who is below Marco, a dude who doesn't even have Oden hype neither is close to katakuri haki mastery and hype.
