Not sure why people are saying Kaido doesn't live up to their expectations when he was fighting nontsop a gauntlet of decently strong characters, a lot which scaled YC3-4 or slightly below at minimum

They might mean as an overall antagonist. Power wise Kaido is making every other character look bad

Kaido portrayal is good enough but i wish Loda didn't clown him that much against scrubbards...

Kaido portrayal is good enough but i wish Loda didn''t clown him that much against scrubbards...

Don't thino they are scrubs remember Inu alone is stronger than Jack with Sulong which Kaido fought, Neko about the same.

Ashura, Inu, Neko at least 3 of them were Jack tier, would have been bad if they didn't had a slight upperhand before Kaido would start beating their ass, since that was a big moment of theirs.

Tbh I don’t think Lucci is a better antagonist. Water7/Ennis Lobby were just better arcs. Mostly thanks to Robin/Franky/Usopp

Enel is best Villain. He is definitely coming back. Enel fruit is Hito Hito no mi model - Uranus. He will comeback to take Nami to moon.
