I wonder what Worstgen will turn into if ZKK doesn't happen

Just curious

Cause a lot of yall are banking on this when it could go either way. Are there gonna be a ton of "I'm dropping the series" threads? Or a few "Oda is a hack" comments? Mind you this goes both ways

ZKK is such a big thing in the OP community that I could see this happening no matter what the results are
I won't go anywhere until i see Zoro vs Mihawk and Zoro getting the WSS title.

Meaning Luffy doesn't defeat Kaidou, which makes no sense imo.
We see the same with Kaidou "defeating" Luffy like 3 or 4 times already this arc. Did Kaido defeat Luffy if Luffy just keeps bouncing back? Yes. Even the narrator announces Kaido's victory literally a chapter before Nika Awakening kicks in. So i don't see why it can't be applied with Kaido's defeat at the hand of Luffy and then bounces back with awakening.

Rather than ZKK the one will happen in next or 2 more chapter is ZKO i think zoro will help the princess from orochimaru.
Maybe kaido will got punched to the sea and zunisha will take his part to stomp kaido.
Argh cant wait to know what happen to zoro now.
Is there any chance zoro broke the limit of human, which make his body painless. Like when SH fight oars, which the painless body make it more stronger.
Orochi can't be killed :josad: better try with kaido

I think it would be more like this:

  • Luffy defeats Kaido in a 1v1 in KO's him, but he becomes drained and completely immobile.
  • Onigashima starts to crumble while still falling, and everyone tries desperately to evacuate. The SHs can't seem to get to Luffy in all the chaos, and they have to get out first (kind of like what happened in Enies Lobby)
  • A giant piece of debris/rock hits unconscious Kaido in the head after a while has passed since he was KO'd, and he groggily wakes up
  • He realizes that he has lost (that he was not JoyBoy, and that he never got his proper 1v1 victory over a strong opponent like he always wanted), and he becomes bitter
  • He either tries to kill Luffy while Luffy can't move, or he tries to set flame to the Flower Capital as his last act
  • Dragon Momo catches Zoro on his back to prevent him from falling off the island (Zoro has now been revived, maybe with a black blade or with his left eye open), and Zoro senses that Luffy/the Flower Capital is in danger
  • Momo takes him up to Kaido and Zoro kills him in order to save Luffy or the FC (or both)
IMO, this would allow Luffy to still have the glory of defeating Kaido in a 1v1, but also give Zoro a moment to be recognized as a savior by the people of Wano. It would also cement Zoro's importance to the crew as Luffy's biggest pillar of support and the person who looks out for him the most

Yea from my perspective, Luffy's victory over Kaidou should be the fulfillment of his promise to surpass Kaidou, as the narrative finality and conclusion to it. I can't find that kind of narrative if Kaidou bounce back even stronger while Luffy is can't even fight anymore after defeating him once. Don't wanna argue too much with enjoyers like you tho, just my views:kayneshrug:

Tbh, I don't think Kaido will bounce back in a stronger form. If he shows awakening, it will be in the fight with Luffy. I just think he will regain his consciousness some time after being KO'd by Luffy. I think he'll be in a weakened state but still have something left in the tank to pose a threat to either Luffy himself or the people of Wano (mostly because Luffy will be incapacitated). So that it's not like Zoro is getting to fight a stronger version of Kaido than Luffy fought, but he's also not just cheapshotting an immobile Kaido for the heck of it

Luffy didnt faint at all against him either, no signs of Morgan getting stronger after being defeated by Luffy :lusalty:also this is WSC and battle for PK stuff do we really wanna compare him to Morgan :seriously: thats why i disagree about "kaidou awakening after defeated by luffy while luffy faints" but maybe what @Franosuke said can also be alternative

I personally don't think it'll happen at all. If it DOES happen by any chance then so be it, I'll take the L but it doesn't mean I'll like that it happened.
