After looking at this panel for 10 seconds I had an epiphany!
Kaido says that a CoC user needs to already BE the strongest to use CoC coating, it's not just about skill and flowing CoC haki, there's also a power level requirement that's gatekeeping Midd, Mingo and Katakuri from ever having it, you need to be the strongest to get there and only then comes the skill to use it, Kata and Mingo are very skilled but they're weak as fuck and Midd can barely use haki, even if an Admiral had base CoC he would be weaker than Kaido just using CoA.

Tldr: The very strongest are the strongest even without using CoC coating and their strength surpasses every basic CoC user in the manga.

Magnetism is a fantastic ability. it can hard stop Fujitora. It can hardstop electric-based powers with the conversion of electricity into magnetic fields by implementing a transformer.

Kidd's problem is a lack of intelligence and strategy. He has massive brutal power but is inefficient. So, he ends up getting sloppy thirds after Luffy and Law.

i think kid will unlock acoc but thats later in the series and i dont think kata will unlock it , same with mingo

What stopping Kidd from having/showing Adv CoC? He's already stronger than some of the Adv CoC users but he isn't adapt that quickly when it comes to learning haki like Luffy does. Luffy knows how to use Adv CoC by looking at Kaido's CoC usage.

Having the so called advanced conqueror haki may be a shortcut for one to become one of the strongest, but it's not a condition for it, and this is the detail that many people conveniently ignore.
