- Luffy amplify his muscle mass and kinetic energy freely. His titanic fist becomes covered in what seem to be a king's gauntlet purely made of golden Conqueror's Haki.
- There is a flashback about Rocks D. Xebec in his deathbed, old and having an incurable illness.
- Xebec ordered Linlin to store his soul inside her body. She is to find a suitable vessel for his soul in the future.
- Back to the present, Big Mom's death causes thousands of eerie wisps to come out from her mouth. One wisp is different from the others, it goes to separate way.
- The lone wisp enters Brook's skeletal mouth. Brook's skeleton turns shimmering black like a night sky with stars, his entire body becomes fiery instead of solid.
- Brook's eye sockets blaze with deadly glow as he sense something and whispers, "Kaidou. The White Child has surpassed you. You can no longer match him. Now cease your efforts, for he is mine."
- Suddenly, Kaidou stops. He clearly hears that familiar voice. "...Captain Xebec?"
- "I am here."
