Heart Pirates: Bepo (#2)

Roger Pirates: Rayleigh (#2), Gaban, Oden (*), …
Whitebeard Pirates: Marco (#2), Ace (*), Jozu, Thatch(?), Vista
Red-Hair Pirates: Ben (#2), Roux(?), … (won't assume the third guy until further information)

lol forgot about that. I remember when people thought Morley was stronger than Sabo before his proper introduction.

I think it's likely that Kuma may have been one of Dragon's top hitters before his transformation.

Blackbeard Pirates - Shiryu, Pizarro, Burgess (once he gains a df that is), (10th recruit wildcard?)

I'd add Auger to that list. He's probably defeating Yasopp who's YC3.

It's depends cuz each one have their own definition of what "heavy hitters" would be. For example, you could say that Oven, Daifuku, Compote, Perospero are the heavy hitters of Big Mom Pirates outside of Sweet Commanders because they were considered "monsters" of their crew. Or the Tobi Roppo as an another example. Shanks' elite officers, Teach's Titanic Captains, the Strawhats crew, etc. Each one of them is a heavy hitter depending on how you define the term.

Doesn’t matter Oda clearly made it clear that Yassop is one of Shanks top three as well as the fact that he and Vista one of the strongest in WB’s crew have some grudge with each other.
