Hara >> Oda any day of the week. Hara has been consistently putting out bangers after bangers. Oda on the other hand has been a hit or miss with his arcs and his writing, panelling and art has gotten worse. My only gripe with Kingdom atm is the mc killing every high/top tier with nothing but sheer will and guts. Hou Ken going down to Shin was bs
