You see King using a makeshift weapon to channel his flames through it - the only time he does something like that is when he uses those flame dragons.

King's finisher is an homage to his captain no doubt about that. It could be both options tbf.

Why slander?

Kaido's ultimate form is him covering himself in ultra lethal flames. I only see Magma stock rising since Magma > Fire.
