Future Events King vs Sanji?

Not to take the glory Zoro beating him... But King is a fast as fuck flying dinosaur with also using flaming kicks as shown in the anime.

Of course he also carries a sword but so is Queen.

An damn fire aerial battle would be awesome and it would give Zoro a better chance of being a HUGE part against Kaidou himself. Not even saying that Sanji would fight him alone

Disagreeing with Zoro as he would get spotlight with SNs if really Sanji would fight King.

But we will see. Just after watching King in action I can't really see Zoro fighting in air or something

It would be interesting to see how far Sanji can go with King. I'm not ruling out anything at the moment regarding match-ups. I sense that some have already made up their minds about the war match-ups to the point of being disappointed if they didn't materialize. Traditional OP rules say it'd most likely be Zoro vs King and Sanji vs Queen.

However, don't count out the possibility of being flipped or that Sanji and Zoro fight someone other than King and Queen entirely. I wouldn't even be surprised if we don't get multiple separate one on one fights, it might be an all out brawl/skirmish similar to Marineford.

We have no idea how all the parties will set up and who will surprisingly arrive to the battlefield. The only thing certain is that Zoro and Sanji will both play a major role in combat. Specific roles are up in the air. All options are on the table.

Now tbh i think King can obliterate both Zoro and Sanji so seeing them fightin him at the same time will be cool like Sanji fighting the air battle and Zoro the ground/sword one

I doubt it... King seems to be saved for Zoro

The ONLY WAY I would agree to "Sanji vs King" to clash and happen is if it was one of two options:

1- IFFF Oda intends for Tag Team of "Zoro and Sanji vs King" and Oda intends to make all 3 calamities to be TAG TEAMED.

2- IFFF there was actually a hidden "Ace" Vice-captain who is above King... saved for Zoro to fight him... and to leave King for Sanji.

Those two are the ONLY two possible ways for me to accept Sanji encountering King.

Other than that.. I don't see it...

Also... we shouldn't ignore the idea of Marco possibly showing up.. and how a clash between the two of Marco and King can possibly happen... but generally... I see Sanji's chances of confronting King being the "slim" compared to Zoro or Marco.

But nontheless...
If there was an "Ace"... then yeah... I wouldn't mind Sanji to clash with King... and Zoro takes on the Ace

Zoro will be focused on Kaido so this is not impossible however unless Sanji learns advanced haki this arc which is almost impossible then I don't see him defeating a folk like King.

At best he could tag team him.

Nah, it'd be fucking awful. Zoro and Sanji tag teaming on an opponent of the caliber that Luffy beat the arc before after getting power ups/training just shows Luffy >> Zoro and Sanji. Unless they wipe the floor with King, which...why would we want to see Sanji and Zoro stomp some dude together when we could see them get their own fights and show off their own power up/training?

Plus there's no way in hell Zoro's gonna tag team a swordsman. Zoro either fights King alone or doesn't fight him at all.

As for Sanji, there's the potential for some "morality of battle technology" with him and Queen. Plus they were both thirsting over Hiyori...could add a little comedy to the fight. Only way I see Sanji fight King solo is if Zoro fights one of the Yonko, or he randomly comes to death's door before the fights. Just using fire and flying doesn't really add any points for Sanji vs King when those could be obstacles for another character to over come to make the fight have more tension.

He uses the sword unlike queen and zoro is interested in cutting fire

Little interesting note about King, he looks to be performing Jodan-no-Kamae. Also known as the stance of fire in Kendo. As if you needed more proof King is a swordsman. But also a nice connection to his style.

While I agree with you. Its more in OP's style that Sanji would fight this "Ace in the hole" unknown character and get no credit for him than Zoro fighting him. It would just mean that the Ace dude is weaker then King lol

Zoro and Sanji vs King and Queen mix match same time with the finishers ending with Zoro on King and Sanji on Queen would be the dopest outcome imo.

Marco vs King would be extremely hype too, but id only take that if there was another very powerful swordsman Zoro can solo before he gets to Orochi. Kyoshiro's out. I guess Ace can be that guy lol

Sanji didn't beat Mr 1, he didn't beat the priest with a 0% chance of success against, and he didn't beat the guy with the second highest doriki.

Every so often Oda makes it very, very clear what the hierarchy is among the opponents. And this is one of those times. King>Queen>Jack, Zoro for the King, Sanji for the Queen, (Jinbei for the Jack?)
