To be fair her position makes some sense too as your contention seems to be that she didn't favour red over purple, which means by default she could be supporting red, which is a bit of a stretch. I do think there are some instances of her disagreeing for the sake of disagreement but it's not altogether logically unsound.

Major problem is I didn’t like her reaction to it/to me saying it as much as anything.

I have a problem with Nana immediately saying things like: you’re twisting my words, or you can’t read, or you’re scum when if there’s nothing wrong with her position that Red/Purple are equal priority. She can just defend that.

If there’s nothing wrong with it from her POV she doesn’t need to take to discrediting me in other ways. She could just defend the position.
