And my interest in womens has dropped by a lot of margin. I'm not attracted towards anything. I remember those good days of me surfing through Pornhub. Now last to last year I started the no nut November challenge and it never stopped.

Speaking from experience, I was hung up on a girl for YEARS, similarly to you. She fucked up my whole life but I was also to blame ofc, its a mixture of factors and issues. She also had severe issues as I learnt over time and so did some of my exes as well.
I've been in therapy regularly for a few years now and it really does help when you have an actual decent therapist too.

At least you're very self aware and honest unlike a lot of people out there. It's definitely steps in the right direction. You've got a good atittude/head on your shoulders from the sounds of it.
