This game is more about type effectiveness than power level tbh.

Rayquaza is a flying/Dragon Pokemon, Ill update all of your trainer cards in the OP with the types of the pokemon you got dont worry ^^

Id say your team is kinda weak to ice and electric types amongst other though.
