1 - If TAC didn't know the <player> but knew the character, he's know if they were town or scum.
2 - If TAC knew the <player>, he wouldn't have targeted me last night.

He knows the role he needs to protect but not the player, therefore he must check every night with an ability that will let him know if the targetted player is his target. Is my guess lol.
