Cook is only facing an Admiral if stronger and more relevant characters are busy doing something else. Not saying he won't.

And Zoro vs Mihawk is a personal dream for Zoro, it has no necessity to happen during the SHs journey to Raftel.

And it's not just Zoro's dream. The dreams of Brook, Chopper and Jinbei can only happen in the epilogue as well.

Are you referring to the final war as epilogue? The final war is taking place on Mariejoa, which means brooks dream will take place after raftel and before the war. Jinbes dream will take place after the war when the WG is defeated. Choppers dream will likely involve secrets from the ancient kingdom raftels on or in mariejoa.

None of the straw hats dreams will take place after the final war is what I’m saying.

And Sanji is more likely to fight an admiral than kid or law anyways

Just that every time people think Sanji won’t solo opponents he’s set up to fight, he proves them wrong. Sanji is going to solo his EOS admiral

I refer to everything that will happen after the Final War as the epilogue. If you think none of the SHs dream will be fulfilled in the epilogue, that is fine. I simply disagree.

Cook soloing an Admiral is of course not impossible.
