Would you scale Jinbei up or Zoro and Sanji down?..

Yes it won't happen but it's interesting to consider.. Jinbei has the second highest Bounty of the crew for now..

I scaled them down bc I can't really see Jinbei having much over 1 b considering he is only 400m now and who's who only has ~500m, taking his presence in WCI into account I gave him a 200-300m buffer on top
