Powers & Abilities Greenbull likely has the Minotaur Fruit

Fine....take the pheonix fruit.

Oda designed a game character with a vampire mythical DF. Sure hes non cannon....but he was still invented by Oda.
Non-canon, as you well said, and on top of it Redfield wouldn't suck blood but life-force, just like a Japanese vampire called Yamachichi does: a Yokai into which very old bats transform who appears in night and sucks the life-force of people.

In other words, the idea of a vampire that sucks life-force instead of blood is Japanese. But again, it isn't canon, so at the end of the day Redfield's fruit is just another Ame Ame no mi.

The fruit is called the Vampire Fruit. Not the Yamachichi fruit.

And it being non-cannon doesnt matter. Oda created him and his DF.

Classic vampires don't feed on ife-force but blood and you happen to have a life-force sucking vampire in Japanese folklore. Take it or not, but Oda couldn't even restrain himself from changing the most characteristic trait of the classic vampire and replace it with that of the Japanese version of the "bat monster that comes at night".

It being non-canon matters because Katakuri is special Paramecia, Gaspard is Logia yet both fruits work the same and are both based on a manmade sweet. The moment a canon mythical Zoan appears which has zero traits from an Eastern version of its creature, then you will have a point. Until then, it remains one of the many counterarguments for your Minotaur theory.

And a classic Seiryu doesnt breath fire.

And why is that Katakuri and Gaspard thing a problem ?

A trait taken from the Western dragon (and he isn't the only one, fire-breathing ryus is also a common version of them nowadays), while for Redfield he'd have taken traits from the Eastern vampire. Where is the Japanese minotaur Oda will take traits from...? Apart from other issues like why would Ryokugyu's ability refer his animal instead of colour.

The Katakuri and Gaspard thing shows you that, while in non-canon Oda will create a Logia of manmade stuff, in canon he will change Katakuri's Logia to Special Paramecia; both fruits work the same, so what's the difference here...? Maybe that in canon he won't be playing with his own rules?

Oda can find a similar Yokai...who knows. But the fact Kaido can breathe fire....shoots flames in your argument. Oda gave a Seiryu an ability that it shouldnt have. Same way he gave a Vampire an ability that it shouldnt have. However that doesnt make Kaido any less of a Seiryu.....or Patrick a Vampire.

Or maybe those 2 fruits are actually a Special Paramecia and a Logia...and theirs no deep conspiracy theory.

A simple argument

Purple Tiger - Gravity is portrayed with the color purple
Yellow Monkey - Beams
Red Dog - Magma

Green Bull - the df will match the admiral color scheme, this actually strongly hints to a plant related ability and he feeds of solar energy hence how he can fast for 2 years (or really any df related to color green)

Definitely not a Minotaur, no relation to the color green whatsoever

Ryus have been breathing fire for decades in Japanese popular culture, it isn't surprising (Pokémon, Megami Tensei, RuneScape...). Indeed, he can give a vampire an ability it shouldn't have ("shouldn't", because as I said ryus breathing fire isn't Oda's thing), but the point here is that a vampire that sucks life-force happens to be what the monster bat of Japanese folklore is. It's not about denying that Redfield ate the vampire fruit but showing that, even for a non-canon character, Oda can't help but replace the creature's most characteristic trait (because the first thing it comes to our mind with vampires is drinking blood) with the less-known yet Japanese version of the myth.

But again, Redfield isn't canon and Marco has tons of Fenghuang traits plus the phoenix is actually merged as a creature in modern culture. As I said, when we see someone like Redfield in canon, then you will have a point.

Regarding Gaspard and Katakuri, sure, maybe those two fruits truly belong to their categories and that's it. But since they both work like Logias in every way and both are based on a manmade sweet, yet the only difference is that Katakuri's was retconned into Paramecia after being introduced as Logia... It does sound fishy.
