For me these are each strawhat best moment:

+ Luffy: When he punched the Golden Bell in Skypia.
+ Zoro: Nothing happened moment without a doubt.
+ Nami: Could be counted as two: When she got her resolve to face Miss double finger and Kalifa proving that she could be something more than just a damsel in distress.
+ Usopp: when he fought mr 4.
+ Sanji: Alabasta Mr prince moment.
+ Chopper: First Monster Point.
+ Robin: The I want to live moment and the recent moment after she rescued Sanji and thanking him.
+ Franky: Fight against Senior Pink and when he burned the blueprint of Pluto.
+ Brook: When he faced BM and the Bing Sake at the end of TB
+ Jinbei: Not fearing BM in WCI.

There are many other iconic moments but these are the first ones that come to my mind right now.
