That's what makes it good imo, atleast it's not as retarded as haki, as many people pointed out before me haki is just canon plot armor

i actually think haki is great but oda should have just put something out explaining it clearly ahead of time instead of making the power system also another mystery. its really simple, it does basically whatever you need it to. also i kind of like the canon plot armor thing lol. like haki is literally willpower so the shonen manga plot power boost from getting fired up and getting more fighting spirit is just literally powering up with the power system.
