the game specifically made it clear that its a bastard

maybe the magnitude of how bastard it is was bigger than people thought, but you should enter this game with the expectation of weird stuff

anyway thats how its gna be from me now onward if i host other bastard games. it will not be a normal game

An Open Setup is a setup in which the players know all the roles and mechanics present in the game they are playing.

This was not the case.

It's fine, I've never played a 'bastard' game, I assumed it was just a way of describing the setup in the OP, as in this is a weird fucking setup(which it clearly was)

The only game types I know are open, closed and semi open. This was advertised as open, in our pm it was reiterated that it was open, I played the game as if it was open

That's all, feel like I wasted my time

I understand now, I'm still annoying my time was wasted but I see that it was my mistake

Won't be playing again
