big Mom literally says Kaido owes her a life long debt and that together, they will find the one piece. How exactly is Big Mom going to betray Kaido before they even conqueror the world? Why would she betray him now when she literally has gained nothing so far?
Because now she has an opportunity to get rid of her main competition? Why wouldn’t she take that opportunity

Yeah and Kaido will pay that with his life and poneglyph

The alliance was to get the strongest pirate on her side, to get him out of way so she could conquer the world. By betraying him she can just do that.

Again, she clearly always planned to betray him
Except she doesn’t have the poneglyph nor is there any proof that she has even found one in Wano. If she’s going to be stuck in the magma pool til her crew saves her, what poneglyph are they going to have? The betrayal theory is weak because Big Mom literally doesn’t gain anything from doing any of this unless she actually finds the poneglyph before Wano ends

Hey you goof, with Kaido out of the way who stands in her way? Who's going to stop her from finding the poneglyph in Wano? she already suspects where it is.

Because apparently she cannot betray the guy who dipped her in God Valley and hasn't talked for decades in order to achieve her ultimate goal.
The whom she called BIG RAT btw
Kaido literally got captured on and experimented on by Vegapunk back in King’s flashback in Punk Hazard. It’s heavily implied this was post Gods Valley considering Kaido barely created his crew/recruited King after breaking out
