Luffy smiles while villains are knocked out. In this case Katakuri was also smiling.

Why the fuck would Luffy smile while being trapped in the Mirror World in a Yonkou territory, while being completely outnumbered needing to fulfill his promise to the crew of being on Cacao Island? He immediately slept and smiled as soon as he was safe in Sanjis arms.
