- Sukiyaki's retainer reading Oden's biography to Oden's dad is nonsensical. The same info dump could have been made by Denjiro who is clearly an Oden fan and knows the hearsay that surrounds him. That way the Oden lore we got could have sounded more like myth than the facts we got.

Telling someone's dad about their own son is so ridiculous and redundant too.

The difference between Luffy putting his hat over Kat's mouth and Luffy literally "killing" Kaido shows tho that Luffy didn't become more dumb in Wano IMO.
It exactly shows that Luffy still knows the difference between a "good" evil guy like Kat and a "bad" evil guy like Kaido. Sure he had his couple chapters where he was enjoying the fight but at the end of the day he still recognizes Kaido for what he really is and sends him to hell after reporaching him for (almost) stealing Tama's dream of wanting to grow up in a country where hunger isn't a problem

- Toki really said she was from 800 years ago and, for some reason was trying to go back to Wano only for the story to completely ignore that plot point till today. Prepare for cries of FORESHADOWING! and GODA! once it gets referenced off-hand during postWano info dump, though.

That has been driving me insane to this very day. I kept screeching about it but a lot of the fanbase ignored it. Who are the Amatsukis too? Shes also from the fucking Void Century! Zunesha too! Yet this is being completely ignored by Oda and the fanbase too somehow LMFAO!

Exactly. And what was the pay off of their little talk? Sukiyaki interrupts him and hands him Oden's disownment papers.
If Oden is such a problem child + the Mountain God incident was also tied to him by the public, let that event be the straw that breaks the camel's back where Sukiyaki finally has enough and disowns him.

It's not like we got any character developement for Sukiyaki when that dude was reading Oden's CV to him lmao
