Imagine the main antagonist of a 150 chapters long arc whose characterization boil down to "Might makes right" and "death completes a person" yet failed to kill anybody
I know, but Oda the one who chose to introduce Kaido as the guy that slaughtered Moria entire crew. This was literally the first thing we learned about Kaido
Same with Kidd's crew, leave Kidd alive, Killer escaped, and rest slaughtered, instead they are all completely fine, besides Killer who can't swim anymore.
